The assembly hall of the Association of Hospitality and Catering of Torrevieja and Region, chaired by José Antonio Lozano, hosted yesterday afternoon the presentation of a new edition of the Master's Degree in Restaurant Management at the University of Alicante (UA). The presentation was given by the coordinator of these courses, Óscar Carrión, who explained what the course would consist of, in front of an audience that included the entire board of directors of the Association and numerous professionals from the area. The course will be held on Tuesdays and the students will combine classes at the UA with a digital distance learning platform. Members of the Hotel and Catering Association will receive a discount of 9%. The first session will be held on 21 October at the UA. The price is 4,600 euros in general and 4,200 euros for members of the Hospitality Association of Torrevieja, being able to split the payment, although it could be free through the subsidies of the Tripartite Foundation for Training and Employment.
