The UPCCA (Unit for Community Prevention of Addictive Behaviour) of the Torrevieja City Council has launched the programme "Responsible Servicean initiative aimed at bars and restaurants with the aim of promoting the responsible consumption, promote healthy habits and improve the customer service.
The UPCCA is a free municipal service which works on the prevention of addictive behaviours and the promotion of healthy lifestyles, collaborating with different sectors of the community, among them the hotel and catering sector.
What is the "Responsible Service" programme?
The programme offers information, training and support staff in catering establishments, helping to:
- Promoting responsible consumption
- Improving the quality of service
- Strengthening the social commitment of bars and restaurants

How to participate?
Interested bars and restaurants can contact the association.
📅 Deadline: up to tuesday 10 februaryThe date on which the interested establishments will be collected in order to transfer the information to the UPCCA.
