Thanks to the effort and work of all the parties involved in the organisation of the seven previous editions of Gastrovegabaja, we are managing to turn this Festival into a reference point in the world of gastronomy not only in the province of Alicante or in the Valencian Community, but also in the whole of Spain.
From the Association of Hospitality Businessmen of Torrevieja and Region we are very proud of all that we are starting to achieve thanks to our enthusiasm, our effort, and above all thanks to the confidence of all those people and institutions that from the first moment have believed in us and have supported us.
The VIII Gastrocultural Festival of the Vega Baja is the tribute that we pay from the Association of Hospitality Businessmen of Torrevieja and Region to the culture, art and the environment of our land, all expressed through one of the most universal manifestations that a culture can have, such as gastronomy.
The aim of Gastrovegabaja is to reinforce the connection between tradition and the delight of cuisine, since gastronomy, like the culture of each region, cannot be understood without the tradition on which the people and their people are based.
The VIII Vega Baja Gastrocultural Festival will be held on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of October. It will be three days during which our visitors will be able to get to know the best of the gastronomic offer of Torrevieja and the Vega Baja, and where our participants will be able to share experiences and learn about the experiences of their fellow restaurateurs, as well as networking with companies from a wide variety of sectors.
Gastrovegabaja's opening hours will be the same on all three days, from 10:00 to 19:30 in the afternoon.
We look forward to seeing you all at the Antonio Soria Park in Torrevieja, where we will have more than 40,000 m2 of exhibition and activity area for the whole family.
