Object:
Call for applications for aid from Turismo Comunitat Valenciana for the financial year 2023 aimed at companies, associations, federations and foundations to develop projects or events with a tourism impact that boost the competitiveness of companies and product marketing.
tourism in the Valencia Region through the digitalisation, sustainability, accessibility and marketing of tourism products and/or services.
Actions:
I. PROGRAMME 1 - Boosting the competitiveness of companies and the marketing of
tourist product of the Comunitat Valenciana.
Projects to improve digitalisation, cybersecurity and automation of processes, services and/or products, promotion and advertising in an omnichannel environment (physical and digital), commercialisation and marketing of experiential tourism products and/or services and sustainability and gamification.
II. PROGRAMME 2 - Promotion of musical, sporting and cultural events with a tourist impact.
Musical activities, championships, sporting events and rallies, cultural activities linked to gastronomy, festivals of tourist interest at provincial level, theatre, cinema, dance and others.
Beneficiaries:
I. Programme 1.
a. Tourist companies registered in the Tourism Register of the Valencian Community Region
who belong to one of the following groups:
-Owners of tourist accommodation establishments (natural or legal persons owning or operating hotel establishments, campsites, tourist flat blocks and complexes, companies managing tourist accommodation and rural accommodation).
-Travel agency owners.
-Active tourism companies.
b. Companies that are members of the CREATURISME or L'EXQUISIT Programmes.
MEDITERRANI or have the "Commitment to Tourism Quality" badge for their participation in the SICTED CV Programme.
Amount:
The maximum overall amount earmarked for these grants is 6,810,000 euros, broken down as follows:
I. Programme 1: 4,000,000 euros.
The amount of the grant shall be the amount resulting from the application of an aid intensity of 70 % on the eligible cost in Programme 1 .
Conditions of aid:
That the conditions of being a beneficiary person or entity are maintained until the time of payment of the subsidy.
The grants in this call for applications are compatible with other grants for the same purpose awarded by other administrations or public or private national or international bodies. However, they are not compatible with the economic collaboration that Turisme Comunitat Valenciana articulates in 2023 through nominative lines of subsidy for the same object and beneficiary person or entity.
No aid will be considered for projects whose eligible cost is less than 6,000 euros for Programme 1 (which may be 3,000 euros in the case of companies that are members of the CREATURISME or L'EXQUISIT MEDITERRANI Programmes or have the "Commitment to Quality Tourism" label), or 10,000 euros for Programme 2.
The project to be subsidised must be carried out between 1 January and 31 December 2023.
Deadline for submission of applications:
The period shall begin at 9:00 a.m. on 15 May 2023 and shall end at 23:59 p.m. on 2 June 2023.
