The Association of Hospitality Businesses of Torrevieja and Region has held today, in an event that took place in the CdT of Torrevieja, the awards ceremony of the contest "Croquettes to taste", framed in the V Edition of "Croqueteando by Torrevieja".
The Councillor for Catering and Tourism, Rosario Martínez Chazarra, as president of the jury, was responsible for opening the envelope with the minutes and announcing the decision, highlighting the excellent quality and originality of the participating croquettes. She congratulated all the establishments for their involvement and culinary level.
For his part, the president of the Association, José Ignacio Pastor, thanked the members for their participation and encouraged them to continue to take part in future editions, stressing that initiatives such as this "highlight the efforts of our professionals and help to promote the gastronomy of Torrevieja".

César Amorós, representative of the sponsoring company Comercial Roldán Netya, presented the three winners with lots of professional cleaning products as part of their contribution to the competition.
The event was attended by all the participating establishments.
