The Association of Hotel and Catering Businessmen of Torrevieja and Region (AEHTC) the registration period for participation in the 13th edition of "Arroces de Torrevieja".one of the most established and eagerly awaited gastronomic events on the local calendar.
The initiative will be held from Monday 2 to Sunday 8 March 2026in meal timesand is addressed to bars, cafés and associated restaurants who wish to offer special rice menuspreferably made with typical products of Torrevieja and its region.
Interested establishments should to formalise their registration and submit their menus by Friday 6 February 2026, at 17:00 hoursby sending the required documentation to the following e-mail address correo@aehtc.net.
Menus should include:
- To three starters
- A plate of rice
- Dessert
The price of the menus may vary between 15 and 50 euros (VAT included)The price shall be set freely by each establishment. In addition, it shall be compulsory to indicate the drinks included or the conditions of the drinks.
Like new in this editionIn order to reinforce the promotion of the event, participating establishments shall provide images of the dishes o request a visit from the person in charge of the AEHTC's social media management.The photographs will be taken at a previously agreed time.
The AEHTC encourages all associated establishments to join this new edition of the "Rice dishes from Torrevieja".an action that promotes the revitalisation of the hotel and catering sectorthe promotion of local gastronomy and the visitor attraction during the month of March.
