An initiative to boost the local off-season offer and facilitate bookings for residents and visitors.
Miss Flamingoa digital platform dedicated to promoting local experiences, in collaboration with the Association of Hotel and Catering Businesses of Torrevieja and Region (AEHTC), presents the Gastronomic Programme: Flavours of Torrevieja, an initiative designed to boost the local gastronomic offer and attract customers all year round.
The programme includes a selection of gastronomic experiences - tapas route, seasonal menus and tasting dinners - offered by associated establishments, with centralised promotion and booking system through the platform. Miss Flamingo. The proposal aims to facilitate the visibility of local businesses, increase the average ticket and improve the visitor experience with authentic and customisable offers.

The AEHTC will support the initiative through dissemination actions among its partners and collaboration in the coordination of the launch. The signing of the framework agreement between Miss Flamingo and the AEHTC is scheduled for 2 December 2025, coinciding with the photo shoot and presentation to partners.
Launch and reservations
The opening of registrations for establishments will be from 02/12/2025 to 15/12/2025. After the preparation phase (photos, content and agreements), the promotion and the opening of bookings will be activated in January 2026; the exact launch date will be communicated soon.
