The Gastronomic Days "Torrevieja and the Sea" 2026 return this June as one of the most important culinary events in the Vega Baja, bringing together some of the best associated restaurants in the area around a unique gastronomic proposal: to highlight the value of seafood and the Mediterranean identity.
Organised by the Asociación de Empresas de Hostelería de Torrevieja y Comarca (AEHTC), this conference will count with the participation of four selected restaurantswhich will offer exclusive menus designed specifically for the event. Each proposal will include innovative elaborations, local products and a complete experience combining creativity, tradition and gastronomic excellence.
The menus, with a single price of 70 euros (VAT included)will be available on consecutive Fridays during the month of June, on dates assigned by the organisers. Each restaurant will have to present a proposal that includes five dishes, welcome cocktail, dessert and drinks, always keeping the inspiration in the sea and the surroundings of Torrevieja.
In addition, the conference not only aims to offer a high-level culinary experience, but also to promote local gastronomy, encouraging collaboration between establishments and reinforcing the image of Torrevieja as a gastronomic destination of reference.
The registration period for interested restaurants ends on 10 April 2026The selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis until all available places are filled.
With this initiative, Torrevieja is once again positioning itself as a key enclave where the sea, local produce and culinary creativity come together to offer a unique gastronomic experience.
