The next thursday 29th maythe Real Club Náutico de Torrevieja will be the setting for a key training day for the local hospitality sector: Gluten-free cateringan event organised by the Association of People Affected by Coeliac Disease of the Valencian Community (ACECOVA).
This conference is part of the pioneering safe catering programme that ACECOVA has been developing since 2003, and which has made the Valencian Community a national benchmark in inclusive gastronomy. Its initiatives, such as "Moments sense gluten gastro". y "Moments sense gluten artesans".They stand out for their high standards in training, food traceability and commitment to quality.
Why attend?
The aim of this meeting is to training and awareness-raising for bars, restaurants and industry professionals on the correct adaptation of their menus for people with coeliac disease, guaranteeing food safety and adding value to their gastronomic proposal.
