As the decree states, they have obligation the following public establishments referred to in epigraph 2.7 of the catalogue of the annex to Law 14/2010, of 3 December, of the Generalitat, on public shows, recreational activities and public establishments, must have their activity sign displayed:
Party halls.
Discotheques.
Dance halls.
Pubs.
The following establishments must also display the aforementioned sign:
Café-theatre.
Concert cafés.
Café-singers.
Banqueting halls.
These establishments must have an opening licence or equivalent document in accordance with the provisions of Law 14/2010.
The minimum dimensions of the sign will be 30 centimetres high by 20 centimetres wide, perfectly legible, and it must have on a white background in metal, wood or methacrylate, the logo of the Generalitat according to the official model, the indication of the activity contemplated in the opening licence, the letter/s that identify this activity in red, the number of the licence, cadastral reference, maximum authorised decibels and the Town Hall of the corresponding locality.
