Yesterday, Tuesday 13 October, CDT Torrevieja hosted the&nbsp;<strong>Makro Hospitality Day<\/strong>, an event dedicated to the professionals who make the city\u2019s gastronomy so great.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 11.00 am, hospitality industry professionals and trade representatives enjoyed a morning full of surprises and culinary tastings. The event also included a toast in honour of those who, day in, day out, keep Torrevieja\u2019s hospitality industry alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the following were presented:&nbsp;<strong>prizes at the International Tapas Day in Torrevieja<\/strong>, organised by Torrevieja Gastron\u00f3mica. The awards recognised the talent, creativity and hard work of the participating establishments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First prize:<\/strong>\u00a0Foodline La Mata, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second prize:<\/strong>\u00a0HB Torrevieja, <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisation congratulated all the award winners and thanked Makro for its commitment to a sector that is the economic and social driving force behind Torrevieja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Foodline La Mata<\/strong>, with its lid\u00a0<strong>\u2018Tuna wave\u2019<\/strong>.
