He was accompanied by Rosario Martinez, Councillor for Hospitality and Tourism of the City of Torrevieja, and Alicia Arenas, director of the CdT Torrevieja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the presentation, Pastor stressed that this event, already consolidated in the local gastronomic calendar, is a day that promotes the Torrevieja hospitality industry, offering visibility to the talent of the establishments and a unique experience for both residents and visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Photo contest and raffles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Coinciding with the <strong>International Tourism Day<\/strong>This year's edition includes a photo contest on Instagram: attendees can post images of themselves enjoying tapas in participating establishments or in emblematic places in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most original, creative and fun photo will be awarded. In addition, the public will be able to enter different prize draws by scanning the QR code on the event's official publicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \"Tapa Makro\": new this year<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The main new feature is the introduction of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.makro.es\/\">Makro Lid<\/a><\/strong>The establishments will have to prepare a tapa with the artichoke as the main ingredient. A professional jury will evaluate <em>taste, originality and elaboration<\/em> to select the two best tapas. The winners will receive a trolley of products from Makro, the official supplier of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Participating establishments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 15 establishments associated with the AEHTC will demonstrate their culinary creativity on this day, offering original tapas with a local stamp:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bianco Sea
