{"id":6197,"date":"2025-05-06T19:45:42","date_gmt":"2025-05-06T17:45:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.torreviejagastronomica.com\/?p=6197"},"modified":"2025-05-08T17:49:18","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T15:49:18","slug":"presentacion-oficial-del-concurso-croquetas-al-gusto-y-la-v-edicion-de-croqueteando-por-torrevieja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.torreviejagastronomica.com\/en\/presentacion-oficial-del-concurso-croquetas-al-gusto-y-la-v-edicion-de-croqueteando-por-torrevieja\/","title":{"rendered":"Official presentation of the \"Croquetas al Gusto\" Competition and the 5th Edition of \"Croqueteando por Torrevieja\"."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aehtc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_9942-en-tamano-grande.jpeg\"><\/a><strong>Torrevieja, 6 May 2025<\/strong>&nbsp;- This morning was presented at the&nbsp;<strong>CdT of Torrevieja the \"Croquetas al Gusto\" Contest and the V Edition of \"Croqueteando por Torrevieja\",<\/strong>&nbsp;an initiative organised by the Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresarios de Hosteler\u00eda de Torrevieja y Comarca (AEHTC) and sponsored by the company <a href=\"https:\/\/roldannetya.com\">Roldan Netya<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This activity will take place from&nbsp;<strong>Monday 12 to Sunday 18 May<\/strong>Throughout the week the participating establishments will offer in their premises the croquettes they have entered in the competition, accompanied by a drink, at the popular price of&nbsp;<strong>3,50 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The&nbsp;<strong>president of the AEHTC<\/strong>Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Pastor, commented:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Every year, the establishments surpass themselves with more elaborate, creative and surprising proposals. The croquettes presented today reflect the effort, dedication and professionalism of the catering sector in Torrevieja and the surrounding area\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The&nbsp;<strong>Councillor for Hotels and Tourism<\/strong>Rosario Mart\u00ednez Chazarra, intervened, saying:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\"The croquettes that we are going to taste today demonstrate the high quality of the products used by our chefs and the high standard of the local catering industry. It is also a fantastic opportunity for locals and tourists to enjoy these creations at a very affordable price\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was attended by the official jury, made up of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>President of the Jury:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ms. Rosario Mart\u00ednez Chazarra, Councillor for Hotels and Tourism, Torrevieja Town Council.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jury Secretariat:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ms. Alicia Arenas Mercader, Director of the CdT of Torrevieja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sponsor's representative:<\/strong>&nbsp;D.
