{"id":6180,"date":"2025-04-03T08:13:49","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T06:13:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.torreviejagastronomica.com\/?p=6180"},"modified":"2025-04-03T08:13:51","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T06:13:51","slug":"exito-en-la-tradicional-comida-anual-de-la-aehtc-con-sus-colaboradores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.torreviejagastronomica.com\/en\/exito-en-la-tradicional-comida-anual-de-la-aehtc-con-sus-colaboradores\/","title":{"rendered":"Success at the AEHTC's Traditional Annual Lunch with its Partners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The halls of the Torrevieja Tourist Centre (CdT) were the setting for the&nbsp;<strong>Traditional Annual Lunch<\/strong>&nbsp;organised by the&nbsp;<strong>Association of Hotel and Catering Businesses of Torrevieja and Region (AEHTC)<\/strong>The event was a special meeting to thank all those companies, media and entities that collaborate with the Association throughout the year for their support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event brought together&nbsp;<strong>40 diners<\/strong>They shared a day of conviviality and recognition for their efforts and commitment to the local hospitality sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The President of the AEHTC,&nbsp;<strong>Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Pastor<\/strong>welcomed the attendees, highlighting the importance of their involvement in each of the initiatives promoted by the Association. During his speech, Pastor expressed his deep gratitude to all the collaborators and encouraged them to continue joining forces to strengthen the sector and face the challenges of 2025 with enthusiasm and commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aehtc.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/Unknown-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The lunch was attended by the&nbsp;<strong>Councillor for Hotels and Tourism, Rosario Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>the&nbsp;<strong>Councillor for Finance, Domingo Paredes<\/strong>as well as the&nbsp;<strong>Secretary of the AEHTC, Sof\u00eda Madrid<\/strong>the&nbsp;<strong>Treasurer, Marco Martinetti<\/strong>the&nbsp;<strong>Vocal, Rodrigo Marroqu\u00ed<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>director of the CdT Torrevieja, Alicia Arenas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The carefully prepared menu was enjoyed by all present, who did not hesitate to congratulate the CdT team with well-deserved applause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day concluded with an atmosphere of fraternity and a commitment to continue working together to promote the hospitality industry in Torrevieja and its
