{"id":6113,"date":"2024-12-03T21:22:38","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T20:22:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.torreviejagastronomica.com\/?p=6113"},"modified":"2024-12-03T21:22:39","modified_gmt":"2024-12-03T20:22:39","slug":"la-aehtc-anuncia-los-ganadores-del-primer-concurso-nos-vamos-de-tapas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.torreviejagastronomica.com\/en\/la-aehtc-anuncia-los-ganadores-del-primer-concurso-nos-vamos-de-tapas\/","title":{"rendered":"AEHTC announces the winners of the first \"Nos vamos de Tapas\" competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This morning, at 10:00 a.m., in the Tourism Centre (CdT) of Torrevieja, the winners of the first competition were officially announced.\u00a0<strong>\"We're going out for tapas\".<\/strong>organised by the\u00a0<strong>Association of Hotel and Catering Businesses of Torrevieja and the surrounding area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The President of the Jury,&nbsp;<strong>Rosario Mart\u00ednez Chazarra<\/strong>Councillor for Hospitality and Tourism of Torrevieja, has been in charge of reading the winners after the opening of the sealed envelopes presented by the Secretary of the Jury,&nbsp;<strong>Alicia Arenas<\/strong>Director of the CdT. This event allowed the winners of the categories to be announced.&nbsp;<strong>Best Traditional Tapa<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>Best Innovative Tapa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the category&nbsp;<strong>Traditional Tapa<\/strong>the prize went to the&nbsp;<strong>Restaurant El Rinc\u00f3n<\/strong>thanks to its excellent workmanship&nbsp;<strong>Codfish Meatballs with Ratatouille<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, in the category&nbsp;<strong>Innovative Cover<\/strong>The winning establishment was disqualified for not being present at the time of the announcement, as stipulated in the competition rules. Therefore, the prize in this category has been cancelled and will be accumulated for future activities or editions of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The draw was also carried out among the participating establishments. After a first attempt in which the ballot paper drawn corresponded to an establishment with no representatives present, a second drawing was carried out. Finally, the winner of the&nbsp;<strong>trip valued at \u20ac1,000<\/strong>&nbsp;has been the&nbsp;<strong>Restaurant Club N\u00e1utico Torrevieja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The awards ceremony will take place next Thursday at the\u00a0<strong>Ve Winery<\/strong>ra Ma\u00f1ogil, in an event where the winners will be officially recognised and the success of this edition of the competition will be celebrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Association of Hotel and Catering Businesses of Torrevieja and Region is grateful for the participation of all the establishments and encourages you to continue enjoying
