Association of Hospitality Businesses of Torrevieja and Region, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Pastor, accompanied by the Councillor for Tourism and Hospitality, Rosario Martinez, presented today the 3rd Edition of PASTEL AND COFFEE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 12 to 18 February the 3rd edition of PASTEL Y CAF\u00c9 will be held, where once again customers will be able to taste delicious homemade cakes and pastries accompanied by coffee, tea or infusion with prices ranging from 3,50 to 6,00 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pastel y Caf\u00e9 is an activity for all audiences where you can taste cakes and pastries during the usual opening hours of each participating establishment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this occasion there are 10 associated establishments that will offer from famous cakes such as Red Velvet, San Marcos, death by chocolate, more traditional recipes such as cheesecake, apple pie, tiramisu to others with more innovative flavours such as Paris-Brest cake, vanilla cream millefeuille, etc...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participating establishments are listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>- Mr. Cover Lab<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>- Jax<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>- Restaurant La Mata \"Felisa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>- Hotel La Laguna<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>- Las Columnas Restaurant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>- La Cantina Food &amp; Torrevieja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>- Paseo Beach Restaurant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, the president of the Association, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Pastor, has taken the opportunity to launch one of the new features included in the&nbsp;<strong>Calendar of&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>activities 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Hotel and Catering Association<\/strong>in its desire to encourage the participation of its associates, has created for the&nbsp;<strong>CROQUETTES TO TASTE<\/strong><strong>O<\/strong>&nbsp;to be held<strong>&nbsp;on Thursday 4 April in the CdT of Torrevieja<\/strong>prior to the activity of&nbsp;<strong>CROQUETING IN TORREVIEJA&nbsp;<\/strong>which will take place from&nbsp;<strong>13 to 19 May<\/strong>The prize money and product prizes, which will be provided by the&nbsp;<strong>sponsoring company<\/strong><strong>a<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Comercial Rold\u00e1n<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prizes will consist of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-&nbsp;<strong>A FIRST PRIZE OF 1.000,00 EUROS<\/strong>&nbsp;CASH PLUS A LOT OF COMMERCIAL ROLD\u00c1N PRODUCTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-&nbsp;<strong>A SECOND PRIZE OF 500.00 EUROS<\/strong>&nbsp;CASH PLUS A LOT OF COMMERCIAL ROLD\u00c1N PRODUCTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-&nbsp;<strong>Y, U<\/strong><strong>N THIRD PRIZE<\/strong>&nbsp;OF A BATCH OF PRODUCTS FROM COMERCIAL ROLD\u00c1N<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prizes will be awarded by a professional jury that will evaluate them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to be able to participate in this event, it will be necessary to meet certain minimum requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-&nbsp;<strong>Belonging<\/strong>&nbsp;to the Association of Hotel and Catering Businesses of Torrevieja and the surrounding area<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-&nbsp;<strong>Be up to date with payments<\/strong>&nbsp;of the membership fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-&nbsp;<strong>Strictly comply<\/strong>&nbsp;with the bases established in the activity to be carried out on the occasion of the competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- For the CROQUETAS AL GUSTO competition, the following will be required&nbsp;<strong>have participated in an activity of the above-mentioned activities in the past<\/strong>&nbsp;to the competition (CAKE AND COFFEE, TORREVIEJA RICE, LENT MENUS, A TODO TREN)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registration period will open later this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this initiative they hope to&nbsp;<strong>increasing participation<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;of the partners<\/strong>&nbsp;in the activities organised by the association throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the\u00a0<strong>Councillor for hotels and tourism, Rosario Mart\u00ednez,<\/strong>\u00a0has expressed the support that the City Council offers to the Association in all the actions that it carries out for the benefit of the hospitality sector and the commitment of the local administration to continue supporting and promoting initiatives that
