Torrevieja presents the Gastronomic Days \"Torrevieja and the Sea 2026\" The Association of Hotel and Catering Businesses of Torrevieja and Region (AEHTC) has officially presented a new edition of the Gastronomic Days \"Torrevieja and the Sea 2026\", an initiative that once again unites Mediterranean gastronomy, seafaring tradition and tourism promotion of the city. The official presentation took place at the Real Club N\u00e1utico de Torrevieja and was attended by the Councillor for Hospitality and Tourism, Rosario Mart\u00ednez, institutional representatives, media, participating restaurants and collaborating companies. Winners of the \"Croquetas al Gusto\" contest in the VI edition of Croqueteando por Torrevieja The Association of Hospitality Businesses of Torrevieja and Region (AEHTC) has announced the winners of the \"Croquetas al Gusto\" contest, held within the programming of the VI edition of \"Croqueteando por Torrevieja\", one of the most prominent and participatory gastronomic events of the local hospitality calendar. The Association will boost the digital and tourist presence of its members through professional photography and a new online promotional guide The Association of Hotel and Catering Businesses of Torrevieja and Region (AEHTC) is launching a new strategic promotion and visibility project aimed at all associated establishments, with the aim of strengthening their digital presence and increasing their projection to tourists, visitors and potential customers. As part of this initiative, the Association has contracted the company Las Tres Erres, exclusively responsible for the professional photography service in the associated establishments. The work will be carried out by photographer Eduardo Garc\u00eda, who will contact each business in the near future to arrange a visit and carry out the photo sessions.
